Final Touch Mobile Auto Detailing Service Agreement

Welcome to Final Touch Mobile Auto Detailing. This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal document that outlines the terms and conditions between you, the Customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"), and Final Touch Mobile Auto Detailing ("FinalTouch", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs your purchase and use of our auto detailing services.

By booking a service with Final Touch, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement without modification. Below are the definitions of key terms used in this Agreement:


Access to Water & Electricity For Mobile Detailing

For us to deliver our mobile detailing services effectively, we require access to an outdoor water source and a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the service location. Should these not be available, please contact us at (402) 430-1466 to reschedule your appointment. Locate water and electricity sources in advance at apartment complexes to avoid a $50 cancellation fee for unmet service conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Your time and ours are valuable. If you are not present or if your vehicle is not available for detailing upon our arrival, the full-service fee will be charged. Certain weather conditions do not affect our service delivery; we are equipped to detail in various weather conditions.

  • First Cancellation: You may reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours notice from the original appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Subsequent Cancellations: A $50 cancellation fee applies regardless of the notice given.

To avoid fees, please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. In the event of cancellation due to weather or equipment issues, we will notify you to reschedule at our earliest convenience.

Safety Notice

Please inform us of any potential hazards (e.g., sharp objects, hazardous chemicals) within your vehicle prior to service. Failure to disclose such hazards holds you liable for any resulting harm or damage. Your safety and that of our technicians is paramount.

Operating & Moving Your Vehicle

You agree to provide Final Touch with access to your vehicle and its keys for the duration of the service. This consent includes permission for our technicians to operate and reposition your vehicle as needed safely.

Detailing & Polishing Service Expectations

Our commitment ensures your vehicle is significantly restored to its original state, with outcomes tailored to the vehicle's age. Here's a straightforward guide:

  • 1 year old or newer: Up to 75% of original condition.

  • 2 years old: Up to 70% of original condition.

  • 3 years old: Up to 65% of original condition.

  • 4 years old: Up to 60% of original condition.

  • 5 years old: Up to 55% of original condition.

  • 6 years old: Up to 50% of original condition.

  • 7 years old: Up to 45% of original condition.

  • 8 years old: Up to 40% of original condition.

  • 9 years old: Up to 35% of original condition.

  • 10 years old and older: Up to 30% of original condition.

This guide aims to provide clear expectations for the level of restoration you can anticipate for your vehicle based on its age.

Quality of Service

While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee complete restoration to a vehicle's original or any specific condition. Our commitment is to provide the best possible service within the limits of the vehicle's current state, our expertise, and available resources.

Accidents, Pre-Existing Condition & Damage

Final Touch takes utmost care in handling your vehicle but cannot assume liability for pre-existing damages or incidents that occur during service. We recommend a joint inspection before service begins to document existing conditions. Any new damage caused directly by our actions will be communicated immediately.

Fees, Terms of Service & Payment Terms

The agreed-upon service fee is payable upon completion of the service. Should the service extend beyond the planned duration, an additional fee of $30 per hour may apply. We will notify you in advance should we anticipate exceeding the scheduled time.

Providing Feedback & Photos

We value your feedback. Please contact us at thomas@finaltouchdetails.com with any comments. We reserve the right to use photos of your vehicle for marketing purposes unless you opt out. Your personal details will always remain confidential.

Termination of Service

Final Touch reserves the right to terminate service agreements at our discretion, ensuring that our services meet the needs and expectations of both parties effectively.

Final Touch Changes

We may update this agreement as necessary. Changes will be communicated to you and will be available for review in this document.

I Understand That

  • By using Final Touch services, I accept that specific results cannot be guaranteed.

  • My payment reflects the time and effort dedicated to servicing my vehicle, not a specific outcome.

  • Final Touch's liability is limited to the total service fee.

  • I am informed and agree to potential additional charges for extended service times.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
